Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineer with experience in the textile industry to plan, execute, and optimize production processes, ensuring quality and personnel management. Job stability **REQUIREMENTS** * Industrial, Chemical, Textile Engineering or related field. * 3 to 6 years of production experience. * Desired experience in the textile industry (2 to 5 years). * Knowledge of chemical formulations and pigment handling. * Knowledge of colorimetry applied to production processes. * Experience in production planning and tracking. * Analysis and adjustment of manufacturing processes. * Ability to perform mathematical calculations applied to production. * ERP system and document control proficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts (first and second shift). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Leadership, organizational skills, and teamwork. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and monitor the production schedule. * Execute and document operational adjustments in production processes. * Manage color formulations, pigments, and master batch. * Analyze process conditions and make adjustments to optimize production. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports. * Control and record production orders in ERP. * Ensure traceability and control of production processes. * Release finished products according to quality criteria. * Manage non-conforming products and corrective actions. * Coordinate with warehouse regarding material and supply availability. * Supervise production lines during operation. * Manage operational staff: * Incident tracking * Shift start-up * Operational follow-up of the work team * Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (ISO). **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunity. * Training in production and technical processes. * Job stability.
