




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, workplace climate initiatives, training, and personnel administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in recruitment and personnel selection. 2. Collaboration in improving the work environment and organizational development. 3. Personnel administration and training. **ITG MEXICO IS SEEKING TALENT** **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT NEEDED** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Recruitment and personnel selection · Support in onboarding · Assist in developing job analyses and descriptions, as well as HR and company policies and procedures. · Assist in employee performance evaluations. · Support implementation of workplace climate initiatives. · Team integration, motivation activities, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. · DNC and training. · Personnel administration, administrative minutes, and disciplinary actions. · Area KPIs. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field. · Experience: 1 year as a Human Resources Assistant. · Language: English desirable. · Knowledge: Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, NOM-035, competency-based interviewing, procedure development, payroll knowledge. · Competencies: Teamwork, orientation toward internal and external customers, planning and organization, dynamism, results orientation, initiative, and public speaking skills.
