Teaching vocation and pedagogical skills ***PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY INSTITUTE*** Hiring a Barber Shop Instructor **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of 2 years verifiable professional barbering experience. * Teaching vocation and pedagogical skills (passion for teaching). * Advanced mastery of current theoretical and practical Barber Shop techniques. * Excellent service attitude, punctuality, and leadership ability. * Flexible availability of schedule. **Main Responsibilities** * Delivering in-person classes according to the Institute’s curriculum. * Designing and implementing monthly instructional lesson plans. * Continuously evaluating students’ performance, skills, and academic progress. * Actively participating in institutional events, practice days, and fashion shows. * Providing ongoing guidance and motivation to students to foster their professional growth. * Collaborating in the promotion and demonstration of sponsor-branded products. **WE OFFER** * Fee-based employment contract. * Bi-weekly payment. * Provision of official institutional uniform. * Opportunity for professional development within a creative academic environment.
