Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise inventory management, order processing, and part shipments, ensuring proper procurement and storage of goods to meet customer requests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order and shipment coordination and supervision for parts 2. Inventory control and storage optimization 3. Teamwork and effective communication Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with automotive industry knowledge. Skills: Dynamism, honesty, organization, courtesy, effective communication, and teamwork. Main Responsibilities: 1. Requesting and tracking special orders. 2. Supervising part placement according to the 7 storage techniques. 3. Inventory control. 4. Coordinating prepicking fulfillment. 5. Coordinating shipment of both foreign and local parts. Objective: Ensure correct procurement of goods to fulfill customer requests, maintain inventory accuracy levels—both general and random—and guarantee proper handling and storage of parts.
