Miguel Hidalgo Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (including lunch break); Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM **Requirements:** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Proven experience in the role. * Intern or graduate in a related field. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of goods receipt, dispatch, and inspection. * Familiarity with BMS (or similar) system is preferred. * Must reside near the specified location. **Main Responsibilities:** * Contacting and negotiating with suppliers. * Reviewing and controlling stock levels. * Receiving and inspecting goods. * Managing inventory. * Processing inter-branch orders. * Handling warranty claims. * Preparing purchase orders. * Adding new products into the system. * Supporting and assisting internal sales staff. * And other duties related to the purchasing department. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$12,000 MXN (tax-free).** * Bi-weekly payments * Ongoing training * Statutory benefits * Work tools If you meet the profile and wish to grow with us, apply now and become part of our team!
