A company engaged in the funeral services industry is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager with relevant experience. Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration degree, or related field. Experience in process management, continuous improvement, or business process reengineering. Experience in people management. Skills in analysis, leadership, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability to changing environments, and results-oriented mindset. Responsible for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of processes across all organizational areas, always focused on continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, forms, and internal policies. Design and improve operational and administrative processes. Monitor compliance with and effectiveness of procedures. Lead continuous improvement projects. Develop and communicate performance and strategic compliance indicators. Follow up on quality surveys and internal programs (civil protection, training, management meetings, etc.).
