Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative functions or vehicle control. Basic to intermediate Excel skills. Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. Proactivity and sense of responsibility. Job Objective: Provide support in fleet vehicle administration and control, ensuring appropriate tracking of services, expenses, and procedures, as well as correct related administrative operations. Main Responsibilities: Preventive and corrective service control and monitoring for fleet vehicles. Petty cash administration and expense verification. Review and control of operational expenses by region. Management and tracking of supplier payments. Monitoring and tracking of vehicles via GPS system. Fuel efficiency performance supervision. Vehicle-related procedure management (license plates, licenses, permits, etc.). Support in warehouse activities and delivery of orders to internal customers. Overall documentation and fleet operation control.
