We seek a professional with solid experience in architecture, teaching, and academic management, capable of leading teaching teams, strengthening educational programs, and contributing to the holistic development of students. Profile: -Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Administration, or a related field. -Teaching experience at upper secondary or higher education level. -Solid experience in academic management and leadership of teaching teams. -Knowledge of educational planning and development of academic programs. -Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. -Strategic mindset and results-oriented approach. Responsibilities: -Supervise the academic operations of the program to ensure educational quality. -Manage and lead the teaching staff (recruitment, evaluation, and follow-up). -Design and optimize academic structures, schedules, and teaching loads. -Promote the updating of curricula and study programs. -Coordinating complementary academic activities (workshops, projects, academic trips). -Provide academic mentoring and guidance to students. -Manage resources and ensure achievement of institutional objectives. Requirements: -Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. -Proven experience in team leadership and academic management. -Availability for on-site work mode. -Full-time availability.
