We are looking for a professional with solid experience in academic administration, architecture, and educational planning, capable of leading high-level academic programs and contributing to the holistic development of students. Job Objective: To direct, coordinate, and strengthen the Architecture academic program, ensuring its quality, relevance, and alignment with professional environment needs. Responsibilities: -Supervise the academic operations of the program, ensuring educational quality. -Manage and lead the teaching staff, including recruitment, evaluation, and follow-up. -Design and optimize academic structures, schedules, and teaching loads. Promote the updating of curricula and syllabi. -Coordinate complementary academic activities such as study trips, workshops, and projects. -Provide academic mentoring and guidance to students. Manage resources and ensure institutional objectives are met. Profile: -Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Administration, or related field (a graduate degree in education or educational management is desirable). -Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles at upper secondary or higher education levels. -Experience in academic management and team leadership. -Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. -Strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
