Through our six companies, we cover the main IT niches. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: Technical degree in Information Technologies. * Experience in technical support. * Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance. **Job Responsibilities** * Technical support (networks, Windows, internal software) * Infrastructure (physical network, switches, cabling, hardware diagnostics, computers, and printers) * Systems and applications (internal systems, PC configuration, access management) * Preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting machines using supplies and/or parts * Asset control (inventory of PCs, monitors, printers) * Provide necessary information to keep the inventory updated by reporting any changes or movements to the corresponding department or within any designated system. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday \| Fixed day off: Sunday Mon \- Thu: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sat: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Location:** FANASA Culiacán: QG4F\+CM, Aeropuerto Culiacan, Culiacán, 80140 Culiacán Rosales, Sin. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000 * Statutory benefits **One-month project!**
