Job Summary: We are seeking a field collection agent to negotiate with clients, generate payment commitments, and recover accounts. Key Highlights: 1. Recovery of accounts in early or extrajudicial delinquency 2. Familiarity with the city and results-oriented approach 3. Effective negotiation with clients *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. *Responsibilities:* Field collection, client negotiation, generation of payment commitments, and account recovery : * Completed high school education (preferred). * Motorcycle or vehicle ownership (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in recovering accounts in early, charged-off, or extrajudicial delinquency (preferred). * Knowledge of the city / Results-oriented. : * Base salary of $9,451.20 monthly * Training bonus of $300.00 pesos per week (for the first 8 weeks). * Productivity bonus of $3,000 (paid biweekly) for the first 6 months; after 6 months, earned monthly if productivity remains effective * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during the second interview with the manager). * Weekly gasoline allowance ($350.00) * IMSS (100% contribution from day one). * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, employee loans at preferential rates, uniform).
