Field Collection Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a field collection agent with negotiation skills and a focus on account recovery, working Monday through Saturday. Key Responsibilities: 1. Early or extrajudicial account recovery. 2. Negotiation with clients and generation of payment commitments. 3. Familiarity with the city and results-oriented approach. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Responsibilities: Field collections, client negotiation, generation of payment commitments, and account recovery : * Completed high school education (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in early, charged-off, or extrajudicial account recovery (preferred). * Knowledge of the city / Results-oriented. : * Base salary of $9,451.20 gross per month, paid biweekly. * Training bonus of $1,200.00 per month for two months. * Productivity bonus of $3,000 fixed for six months, paid biweekly; after six months, this bonus continues as long as productivity targets are met. * Excellent uncapped commission structure — earn up to $15,000 or more in commissions monthly (details explained during the second interview with the manager). * Weekly gasoline allowance ($350.00). * IMSS coverage (100% contribution from day one). * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, employee loans at preferential rates, uniform).
