




Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Agent to conduct in-person collections, negotiate with clients, verify and follow up on payment commitments, and manage overdue portfolios. We are seeking a Collections Agent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. ́ Responsibilities: In-person collections, client negotiation, in-person verification, generation and follow-up of payment commitments, management of overdue portfolios. : * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Own motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in recovering accounts with early or charged-off delinquency (preferred) * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly salary expectation of $20,000 MXN : * Base salary ($9,451 MXN per month, paid biweekly) * Monthly training bonus of $1,000.00 MXN (for 2 months). * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during interview). * Weekly gasoline allowance ($350.00 MXN) * IMSS (100% contribution from day one). * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, accident insurance, employee loans at preferential rates, uniforms). * Ongoing training \#collector \#collections \#income \#highcommissions \#agent
