Accounting Analyst (Temporary)

Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support investment execution, account flow tracking, transaction recording, and preparation of accounting reports. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preparing reports and analyses for decision-making We are looking for new talent! **Accounting Analyst (Temporary, 6 months)** **Requirements** \-Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance \-English: Intermediate (Conversational) \-Valid visa (preferred) **2 years of experience in:** Accounting topics: transaction recording, accounting journal entries, fund accounting, investment structures, contribution controls, accounts payable and receivable, report preparation, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Support investment execution by generating payments in the ERP. * Monitor accounts payable flows in the ERP, ensuring compliance with authorization, approval, and execution timelines. * Record and maintain updated supplier profiles within the system. * Validate payment instructions, bank details, and funding requirements with Treasury. * Submit investment payments within established deadlines. * Communicate any risks, delays, or incidents related to investment payments. * Record and apply customer payments in the ERP. * Prepare and update aging reports for accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Record recurring payments, investment transactions, and automatic journal entries in the ERP. * Reconcile accounting records with investment system data. * Maintain up-to-date supporting documentation for investment-related transactions. * Distribute financial statements to clients. * Support budgeting activities, including departmental, account, and other financial dimension reclassifications in the ERP. * Support preparation of reports and analyses to aid decision-making. * Provide ongoing support to the accounting team for ad-hoc requests and special projects. **We Offer:** **\-**On-site working hours Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, Culiacán, Sinaloa, Tres Ríos neighborhood, 4th Stage. **\-**Bi-weekly salary \+ Electronic Wallet \+ Enhanced benefits. **\-**Temporary position for 6 months. **\*Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send CV to: hgomez@talipot.net** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $11,111\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
