**Responsibilities:** 1\. Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities on our injection molding machines. 2\. Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal downtime. 3\. Manage and lead the maintenance technician team. 4\. Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols. 5\. Collaborate with other departments to improve production efficiency and quality. 6\. Track performance metrics and deliver periodic reports. **Key Functions:** 1\. Monitor and resolve equipment-related issues. 2\. Report equipment conditions. 3\. Report maintenance outcomes, resources used, and needs or requirements for continuous improvement. 4\. Conduct tests for supplier development. 5\. Meet budgetary indicators. 6\. Ensure proper use and operation of equipment. 7\. Administer maintenance planning for equipment. 8\. Ensure proper handling of hazardous and special-handling waste. 9\. Coordinate and supervise suppliers performing work in production areas. 10\. Ensure compliance with management systems applicable to personnel and equipment. 11\. Participate in the Food Safety Team. 12\. Control inventory cost of spare parts. **Technical Knowledge:** 1\. Lean Manufacturing: Six Sigma, TPM, SMED, etc. 2\. 8D Methodology 3\. Mechanics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics. 4\. Implementation of Autonomous Maintenance. 5\. Interpretation of Electrical Drawings. 6\. SAP, Statistical Software. 7\. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, FSSC 22000 V.5, ISO 22000:2018 **Requirements:** 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. 2\. Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance Management roles or similar positions. 3\. Proven experience maintaining injection molding machines. 4\. Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team. 5\. In-depth knowledge of safety procedures and protocols. 6\. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics. 7\. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 8\. Strong written and verbal communication skills. **WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:** Boulevard Industriales 2000, No. 102, Fraccionamiento Ciudad Industrial III Etapa, C.P. 37490, León, Guanajuato.
