Job Objective: Execute warehouse operations in accordance with the Certified Warehouse Procedures Manual and SGC, delivering high-quality service and contributing to customer retention by identifying customer needs and promoting logistics services and tax-related knowledge. Required Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience handling and following up with customers, preferably in logistics. * Educational requirement: Logistics Engineering degree or related technical degree. * Minimum age: Over 23 years old. * Mandatory ERP proficiency and Office software skills. * SAP proficiency. * High availability for a three-shift role; work location: inland port zone. Key Responsibilities: * Attend to and serve customers regarding their requests, providing timely and accurate information. * Coordinate with the shipping department to manage inventory for customer shipments. * Daily responsibility for updating all incoming and outgoing transactions. * Generate container label printouts for each active customer. * Report and coordinate customer-related observations with the supervisor and warehouse manager. * Register vehicle entry on the transportation portal to obtain operational performance indicators. * Immediately notify the warehouse supervisor, warehouse manager, and customer in case of discrepancies, ensuring proper and timely deviation management. **We Offer:** Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Bonus-based compensation scheme * Weekly payroll * Savings fund * Employee transportation * Safety equipment *
