Our engineering and product innovation help keep soldiers and firefighters safe, is critical in building and keeping communities clean and helps people do their jobs every day.** **Position Title: Welder Operator** **Description:** Achieve production area objectives through correct assembly and welding application per work instructions (center point), releasing products according to quality standards (CTQ, gauges, inspection) and adhering to defined manufacturing processes while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture—thereby achieving the highest quality levels essential to meeting the company’s critical goals. The Welder Operator reports to the Team Leader and Production Supervisor. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Perform duties in accordance with the company’s Internal Work Regulations (RIT). 2\. At all times, wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the assigned task. 3\. Carry out production activities in compliance with company-defined standards (quality, production, safety, etc.). 4\. Commit to producing quality products aligned with standards and performing validations per established control procedures. 5\. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area using the 5S methodology. 6\. Attend scheduled company trainings punctually and actively. **Authorities:** An individual’s authority refers to the power they hold within their organization. The organization’s owner is its highest authority, to whom employees must respond whenever necessary.
