Maintenance Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: Coordination and supervision of industrial maintenance, including planning, technical team management, report generation, and enforcement of safety protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in supervising maintenance at automotive plants. 2. Leadership in technical team management and safety protocols. 3. Focus on detection and analysis of operational failures. Contractor working within the General Motors complex Requirements: * Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in the automotive sector). * Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, conveyors, and carriers. * Detection and analysis of operational failures. * Knowledge of current industrial safety standards and DC3. * Familiarity with applicable NOM-STPS regulations. * Experience in personnel management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * PROCADIST - desirable. Responsibilities: * Plan and supervise plant maintenance activities. * Coordinate and supervise technical teams in the field. * Prepare maintenance reports and performance indicators. * Administrative control of work orders. * Implementation of pre-task procedures and compliance with safety protocols (LOTO, working at heights, lifting, cutting and welding, electricity).
