




Job Summary: Coordination and supervision of industrial maintenance, including planning, technical team management, report generation, and enforcement of safety protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Contractor working within the General Motors complex Requirements: * Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in the automotive sector). * Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, conveyors, and carriers. * Detection and analysis of operational failures. * Knowledge of current industrial safety standards and DC3. * Familiarity with applicable NOM-STPS regulations. * Experience in personnel management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * PROCADIST - desirable. Responsibilities: * Plan and supervise plant maintenance activities. * Coordinate and supervise technical teams in the field. * Prepare maintenance reports and performance indicators. * Administrative control of work orders. * Implementation of pre-task procedures and compliance with safety protocols (LOTO, working at heights, lifting, cutting and welding, electricity).
