Implementation of operational improvements and indicator tracking Position: Junior Operations Coordinator · A courier company seeks a Junior Operations Coordinator to support supervision and execution of departmental operational activities. · Position Purpose: Ensure proper execution of daily operations by coordinating the operational team and monitoring logistical processes, incidents, and KPI compliance—guaranteeing service quality and on-time delivery. · Key Responsibilities: Support coordination and supervision of operational staff. Monitor logistical operations and resolve incidents. Ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines. Support implementation of operational improvements. Track shift productivity and performance. Prepare operational reports. Identify and report operational incidents. Support staff training and follow-up. Promote order, discipline, and safety in operations. Monitor KPIs. · Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in a related field (graduated or intern). Minimum 1 year of experience in operations (preferably in courier or logistics services). Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Own transportation. Basic/Intermediate English (preferred). · We Offer: Gross monthly salary of $16,000 to $18,000 (based on experience). Flexible food vouchers: 10% of base salary.
