Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating, supporting, and improving production operations, ensuring compliance with standards and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and support in improving production operations. 2. Ensuring compliance with standards and customer focus. 3. Analysis and resolution of problems in production flows. * Monitoring safety measures according to area, activity, and organizational structure. * Maintaining balanced production lines as required. * Defining standardized work for production operations. * Ensuring customer focus is promoted. * Coordinating and/or conducting MSD workshops. * Supporting the launch of new products. * Assisting in and conducting capacity studies: Maintaining archived study records by department and keeping records for newly established departments up to date. * Assisting and supporting production: Helping identify and eliminate bottlenecks, improve material flow, and analyze departmental deficiencies. * Assisting in layout planning: Paying attention to details to improve material flow, organizing and maintaining files up to date, and assisting in planning changes required during model transitions. * Assisting in material usage data collection: Keeping information up to date, analyzing data for discrepancies or indicators requiring intervention. * Performing and updating standard time and ROWTINGS. * Developing and tracking updates to work instructions. * All employees are responsible for performing each operation in accordance with applicable legal requirements, environmental policy, and environmental procedures relevant to their area. * Providing resources when required by the SAA. * Completing monthly training on the Wombat platform. * Responsibility and authority to access (website), review, and monitor performance reports generated by the customer.
