We are currently seeking talent for the position of: **Ticketing Maintenance Technician** *(on-site role)* **Work Location:** Metropolitan area of Toluca, State of Mexico, and western zone of Mexico City. **Job Objective:** The Public Transportation Ticketing Maintenance Technician ensures the operational readiness of ticket vending machines (TVMs), turnstiles, and validators by performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electromechanical, electronic, and software components. Diagnoses and repairs faults in card readers, ticket printers, and payment systems to guarantee continuous passenger flow. **Key Responsibilities:*** Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of internal components of ticket vending machines, validators, and turnstiles to prevent failures. * Diagnose and repair on-site or workshop faults, replacing defective parts such as card readers, thermal printers, coin acceptors, or bill validators. * Respond to equipment failure reports from stations, resolving software, connectivity, or paper/cash jam issues. * Monitor supply levels (thermal paper) and spare component stocks in equipment. * Document all maintenance actions in logbooks or management systems. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical manuals to perform repairs. **Required Profile:*** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Electronics / Electrical / Communications / Systems or related field. * \+2 years of experience in installation and/or maintenance, commissioning, and technical support activities, including handling energized equipment. * \+2 years of experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT, and communications equipment. * Preferably experience in preventive maintenance of ticketing system equipment, low-voltage electricity, electronic security equipment, and telecommunications—along with safety-related topics for working on energized equipment and handling hazardous substances. * Experience preparing daily reports or work sheets including photographic documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **What We Look For in You?** If you possess strong communication skills, customer orientation, technical expertise, initiative, and solid stress management abilities—you’re proactive, empathetic, solution-oriented, and able to remain calm under demanding situations while delivering quality service—we want to meet you! **What We Offer?*** Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Additional days off. * Monthly salary: $14,000\.00 If you meet the profile, apply through this channel—or share this vacancy with someone who may be interested!
