Gender: Not specified Age: 27 to 40 years **Main responsibilities, but not limited to:** * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative staff. * Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees. * Manage personnel file records and internal documentation. * Support payroll administration (data entry, payroll incidents, reporting). * Coordinate and implement training programs and Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Manage disciplinary procedures and follow up on labor-related cases. * Supervise compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. * Implement employee engagement surveys and retention strategies. * Support preparation of HR reports and metrics. * Coordinate well-being activities, corporate culture initiatives, and company events. **Knowledge of:** * Federal Labor Law * Design and implementation of recruitment and selection processes * Payroll incidents * Performance evaluation tools * Intermediate Excel * KPI MANAGEMENT * Recruitment platforms (OCC, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, etc.) * Job description and salary scale development * Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene regulations **Skills and competencies:** * Organization and planning * Empathy and active listening * Teamwork * Confidentiality and professional ethics * Strong organizational and time management skills * Objective conflict resolution ability * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
