If you have experience with Agile methodologies and enjoy teamwork, ***submit your CV!*** Apply today and become part of the technological transformation with **GrainChain**! **Key Challenges:** * Implement and maintain best Agile practices across teams * Help standardize Agile practices company-wide * Plan and sequence each stage of the software development lifecycle, prioritizing activities * Support the Product Owner in maintaining a refined and prioritized product backlog * Coach Product Owners and stakeholders on Scrum practices * Facilitate team ceremonies **Responsibilities:** * Support the Product Manager and Product Owner in requirement definition and backlog maintenance * Facilitate all team ceremonies and events, and improve their effectiveness * Establish definitions (DoR, DoD) and working agreements with teams * Shield the team from unplanned work, distractions, and interruptions * Implement best development practices across teams **Requirements:** * Experience as a Scrum Master * Experience implementing Scrum in development teams * Experience implementing Agile methodologies * Knowledge of SAFe * Understanding of the software development lifecycle * Knowledge and understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies * Knowledge of prioritization, estimation, and backlog management techniques * Experience with Jira, Trello, TFS, or similar project management tools * Strong skills and knowledge in communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
