We are seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to supervise the operation and maintenance of our ice manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have experience in refrigeration systems and industrial machinery, ensuring production continuity and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities: * Supervise the overall plant operation. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration equipment, compressors, and electrical/hydraulic systems. * Ensure energy efficiency and cost reduction. * Manage technical and operational staff. * Report production and efficiency metrics to management. Requirements: * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (preference for food, beverage, or refrigeration industries). * Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Availability for on-call duties and emergencies.
