We are currently seeking a **Graduate Programs Coordinator** who identifies with our institutional philosophy and shares our commitment to excellence and holistic development. **Position Objective** To coordinate and supervise graduate programs, ensuring compliance with curricula, academic quality, and comprehensive support for faculty and students. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree and/or higher degree with official diploma and professional license. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Experience in academic management and faculty personnel administration. * Proficiency in educational platforms (e.g., Moodle). **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise curriculum implementation and faculty performance. * Provide student support and follow-up (academic alerts, graduation procedures, advising). * Coordinate academic and extracurricular activities. * Participate in faculty recruitment and student retention initiatives. * Support administrative processes within the department. **Key Competencies** Leadership, organization, decision-making, effective communication, and results orientation. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Saturdays, 9 am to 1 pm Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
