Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for a Mexican company that supports rural women with microloans, focusing on professional learning and growth in a customer service and document management role. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting change in the reality of thousands of women through microloans 2. This is not a sales position, nor does it involve door-to-door visits 3. Short-term growth opportunity and continuous training A Mexican company with presence across Latin America, operating for over 12 years in the market; we are transforming the lives of thousands of women through microloan disbursement in rural areas RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct field routes with your team using the company vehicle in rural areas. Document cross-checking and verification Form completion File compilation Support in collections management REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or preferably a bachelor’s degree Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service Availability to travel with the team during weekdays (per diem provided: accommodation and meal support) Standard vehicle driving ability / valid or expired driver’s license We provide a reimbursement percentage for an expired driver’s license.
