Participate in continuous improvement initiatives We are looking for a Development Engineer Jr. / Assistant to support APQP activities, customer coordination, and continuous improvement projects within the automotive industry. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field * Advanced English communication skills * Knowledge of APQP / PPAP processes (preferred) * Strong organization, problem\-solving, and communication skills * Automotive industry experience is a plus Main Responsibilities * Support APQP activities and project follow\-up from launch to mass production * Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams * Support process validation and manufacturing development activities * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and efficiency Skills * Teamwork * Initiative and problem\-solving * Organization and planning * Results\-oriented mindset * Communication skills * Fluent in English Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $16,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Project Development: 1 year (Required) Language: * English (Required) Work Location: In person
