Job Summary: VAREMG is seeking a Mechanical Site Manager to lead teams on automotive projects, ensuring technical, logistical, and operational execution. Key Highlights: 1. VAREMG seeks a Mechanical Site Manager with solid experience in automotive projects, responsible for leading on-site teams and ensuring correct technical, logistical, and operational project execution. This role serves as the primary client contact and field team leader; therefore, strong decision-making ability, leadership, and planning skills in high-pressure environments are required. Responsibilities Lead on-site work teams (+15 people). Coordinate industrial machinery assembly, installation, commissioning, and startup. Plan and execute project logistics (equipment, cranes, and rigging operations). Define machinery and equipment required per activity. Ensure adherence to schedule, quality, and safety standards (OSHA). Assign tasks and track progress. Resolve critical failures and technical issues in the field. Coordinate with electrical, automation, and safety departments. Supervise work at height and use of aerial work platforms. Represent the team before the client. Essential Requirements +5 years of experience in automotive projects. Experience leading teams of +15 people. Experience installing machinery or production lines. Knowledge of industrial assembly, alignment, and maintenance. Experience in rigging logistics and selection of equipment/cranes. Operation of aerial work platforms (boom lift, scissor lift, etc.). Intermediate-advanced English (direct communication with client). Willingness to travel and work in the U.S. Valid visa. Knowledge of: Pipe installation Rigging processes Welding Desirable Experience in automotive projects in the United States. OSHA certification. Certification for aerial work platforms.
