JOB MISSION Supervise the execution of activities performed by subordinate staff to verify that customer service meets quality standards and complies with established processes to achieve full customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Completed high school education - Personnel management experience - Experience in similar positions - Knowledge of electricity - Valid driver's license and ability to drive standard transmission vehicles.
