Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate construction crews, ensuring quality and productivity, serving as a liaison between technical staff and management. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of construction crews. 2. Liaison between technical staff and management to ensure communication. 3. Tracking and reporting of construction projects. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES: * Ensure that the crews under your supervision carry out construction work according to established specifications and required quality standards. * Ensure that crews meet the daily productivity requirements necessary to achieve established objectives. * Serve as a liaison between technical staff and management to facilitate effective communication within the department. * Convey management directives to your subordinates, and likewise relay technicians’ feedback—including complaints, suggestions, ideas, etc.—to management. * Receive construction projects assigned by the Construction Manager, distribute them to technicians for execution, and provide appropriate follow-up to ensure timely and proper completion. * Supervise your subordinate technicians, verifying that they perform their duties correctly and correcting any deviations that may arise. * Support your subordinate technicians in resolving problems or difficult situations promptly. * Prepare necessary reports on activities carried out within the construction area. * Receive activity reports from technicians and consolidate them to ensure work is executed on time and as scheduled. * Compile all construction activity reports, ensuring alignment between reported content and actual work performed. * Verify that your subordinate technicians have appropriate equipment to perform their duties under optimal conditions. * Submit material requisitions required to execute assigned tasks. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technical High School Diploma 2 years of experience Age: between 30 and 50 years Knowledge: Coordination ability, Communication, Electricity, Electromechanics, Optical fiber, Construction inspection, Project tracking, Construction supervision, Telecommunications networks, Supervisory management Driver's license: Class C Keywords: resident, supervisor, construction supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, team leader, construction, construction site, build, building
