Position Summary: We are seeking a coordinator to supervise wine bottling and labeling, ensuring high quality and timely delivery at Bodegas de Santo Tomás. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and resolution of deviations on the production line At Bodegas de Santo Tomás, we seek talent to coordinate and supervise the bottling and labeling team’s activities, ensuring wine production meets the highest quality standards and scheduled timelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise bottling, labeling, and batch assignment processes * Manage raw material and packaging supply * Control inventories of inputs and finished products * Supervise proper operation of machinery and equipment * Track preventive and corrective maintenance * Analyze and resolve deviations on the production line * Ensure compliance with quality and industrial safety standards * Coordinate activities with other involved departments * Operate and manage operational personnel * Evaluate team performance and assign tasks * Prepare and maintain process logs * Use SAP system for operation control and recording * Support processes related to distillation and alcohol control ***Candidate Profile*** **Education:** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in similar positions **Knowledge:** * Production machinery operation * Measuring instruments (hydrometer, thermometer, flexometer) * Regulations for distilled spirits and fiscal tax stamps * Production process control * SAP proficiency (desirable) **Skills:** * Leadership * Planning and organization * Personnel management * Problem solving * Failure analysis and diagnosis * Assertive communication * Empathy * Conflict management Employment type: Full-time, Probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $18,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): * What is your desired monthly salary?
