GENERAL FUNCTION: Identify required job vacancies through human resources planning, carrying out recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities to fill them, recognizing each candidate’s characteristics, skills, abilities, and competencies, and identifying the most qualified prospect for the vacancy. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: 1\. Receive job requisition forms for new vacancies and manage them by prioritizing the most urgent ones to be filled. 2\. Promote vacancies across various job boards, social media platforms, and institutions authorized by the Human Resources Manager, using the position description and specifications provided by the Manager for the vacancy to be filled. 3\. Receive and analyze candidate resumes, and schedule interviews with the most viable candidates for available vacancies.
