GENERAL FUNCTION: Fill required vacancies through human resource planning, performing recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities, identifying candidates’ characteristics, skills, abilities, and competencies to select the most qualified candidate for each vacancy. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: 1\. Receive vacancy requisition forms and prioritize urgent openings for filling. 2\. Promote job openings across various job boards, social media platforms, and institutions authorized by the Human Resources Manager, using the job description specifications provided by the HR Manager for the vacancy to be filled. 3\. Receive and analyze candidate resumes; schedule interviews with the most viable candidates for available vacancies.
