Regulatory Compliance Coordinator Position Profile – General Information

**Work Modality:** Hybrid (Office and Field)
Position Objective
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations governing service stations and company operations through document management, audit coordination, follow-up on governmental authority requirements, and field supervision—thereby guaranteeing safe, lawful, and organizationally aligned operations.
Regulatory Compliance Functions and Responsibilities
* Supervise compliance with regulations and standards applicable to the gasoline retail and operational sectors.
* Track regulatory obligations before governmental agencies.
* Maintain up-to-date legal, technical, and operational documentation.
* Prepare executive reports on compliance status and identified risks.
Audit Management
* Coordinate internal and external audits.
* Respond to inspections and verifications conducted by authorities.
* Follow up on findings, observations, and corrective action plans.
* Ensure documentary evidence and timely response deadlines are met.
Field Work
* Conduct periodic visits to service stations and operational units.
* Verify compliance with safety, environmental, and operational protocols.
* Identify areas for improvement and issue preventive recommendations.
* Validate operational conditions against current regulations.
Institutional Relations
* Maintain communication with governmental agencies such as:
* STPS
* SASISOPA
* ASEA
* Civil Protection
* SEMARNAT
* Manage procedures, regulatory requests, and follow-ups.
Training and Monitoring
* Train personnel on regulatory topics and best practices.
* Promote a culture of compliance and prevention.
* Participate in updating internal policies and procedures.

Experience
* Minimum 2 years in:
