




Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and coordinating continuous improvement programs, ensuring pollution prevention and compliance with operational standards. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of sustainability and efficient energy use Description and Details of Responsibilities Maintains up-to-date daily continuous improvement indicators for the organization. Organizes training sessions assigned under continuous improvement programs. Coordinates programs such as Gemba Walk, Scrap Meeting, TPM, 6S, Tangible Improvement, Improvement Ideas, Six Sigma, and other similar programs to develop and implement enterprise-wide continuous improvement. Ensures pollution prevention, environmental protection, and efficient energy use in activities under responsibility, as well as in the company’s products and services. Complies with the Operational Excellence System, required trainings, and quality systems applicable to the position. Complies with corporate requirements.
