Proficiency in specialized software such as Neodata or Opus Functions and Responsibilities · Prepare unit price analyses (UPA). · Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs. · Evaluate work productivity. · Update cost databases. · Prepare construction budgets. · Integrate item catalogs. · Review and validate work quantity takeoffs. · Analyze tender documents. · Support preparation of economic proposals. · Compile technical and economic documentation for bidding processes. · Analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs. · Prepare cost control reports. · Review drawings and technical specifications. Candidate Profile · Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Engineering (degree holder or advanced intern). · Experience: 3–5 years in construction cost and budgeting. · Technical knowledge: unit price analysis, construction budgeting, work quantity takeoff, drawing interpretation, and urban development construction processes.
