We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented individual to become the first impression for our guests and deliver a memorable experience from arrival to departure. Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, B.C. Flexible schedule availability is mandatory. JOB PROFILE Requirements ✔ Conversational English is mandatory. ✔ Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service. ✔ Proficiency with booking platforms such as Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, Hotels.com, and Despegar. ✔ Handling cash, bank terminals, and payment processes. ✔ Excellent personal presentation. ✔ Positive attitude and service orientation. ✔ Ability to resolve situations professionally. ✔ Organizational skills and attention to detail. ✔ Availability to work weekends and holidays. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and assist guests cordially and professionally. * Perform check-in and check-out procedures. * Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations on digital platforms. * Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages. * Provide information about hotel services, local activities, and attractions in Valle de Guadalupe. * Handle payments, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation. * Follow up on special guest requests. * Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience. * Resolve incidents and provide timely solutions. * Maintain updated hotel availability and occupancy status.
