We are currently looking for a Project Supervisor with technical experience and leadership capability to coordinate field activities, supervise personnel, and ensure timely, high-quality, and safe project execution. Based on the provided job analysis. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate industrial, electrical, mechanical, and construction projects. * Manage technical and operational personnel in the field. * Prepare material, labor, and service budgets. * Conduct technical surveys and requirements analysis. * Supervise electrical installations, structured cabling, and industrial systems. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Track project schedules and progress. * Verify compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. * Control project materials, tools, and resources. * Provide direct technical support to operational staff as required. **Requirements** * Experience supervising industrial or construction projects. * Knowledge of electrical installations, industrial maintenance, and electrical diagram interpretation. * Ability to perform technical calculations and prepare budgets. * Experience managing operational personnel and coordinating field activities. * Knowledge of industrial safety and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Availability for dynamic, hands-on work at industrial facilities. * Desired experience with electrical tools, measuring instruments, and industrial machinery. * **English B2 (Technical language)** **Skills** * Leadership and teamwork. * Project organization and tracking. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Sense of urgency and results orientation. * Adaptability and ability to work under pressure. **Working Conditions** * Primarily field-based work in industrial environments. * Exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and work at heights. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment. **48 hours, Monday to Friday** **Salary negotiable** Salary: $5,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Professional development support * Company vehicle * Sick leave days * Option for permanent contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
