Job Summary: You will influence product quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring comprehensive testing and resolving issues throughout the development cycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. ICT and functional test equipment diagnosis and repair. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic equipment. 3. Participation in continuous improvement and workplace safety. In this role, you will impact overall product quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes, helping to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Electronics. * Ability to diagnose and repair ICT and final (functional or end-of-line) test equipment. * Proficiency with measurement instruments (multimeter, power supplies, oscilloscope, soldering iron). * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. * Experience in preventive maintenance of electronic equipment. * Service-oriented attitude, responsible, punctual, available; analytical capability. * Availability to work overtime. * Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, Word). 5 years of experience in a similar position within the electronics industry. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of pneumatics and PLCs is desirable. * Technical training in programming languages is desirable (LabVIEW preferred; Visual Studio optional). Basic English (reading/writing). * \#Onsite * Participate in the development and maintenance activities of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) across all phases. * Develop and maintain updated standard work procedures assigned to you. * Participate in daily follow-up meetings conducted at various levels within the production area as part of HOS. * Suggest and implement improvements to production equipment and/or processes. * Apply, implement, and monitor Honeywell Operating System tools such as RPS (Rapid Problem Solving), 5S, etc. * Participate in failure analysis of test equipment using knowledge of both the test equipment and the product being manufactured, applying Rapid Problem Solving (RPS) and the PDCA cycle (Plan–Do–Check–Act), and implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain production equipment in optimal operating condition. * Conduct daily inspections of production equipment or machinery across different plant areas to identify abnormal conditions or potential failures. * Conduct daily safety inspections across various plant areas to identify unsafe behaviors or conditions to prevent incidents or accidents. * Participate in Safety and Hygiene activities, incident or accident investigations, and immediately resolve high-risk situations or conditions affecting personnel or machinery integrity. * Train and certify production personnel on handling and operation of test equipment to ensure their integrity and proper operation. Maintain machinery and equipment in optimal ***operating*** condition. * Make precise decisions to solve problems. * Perform corrective maintenance on machinery. * Organize your daily schedule to support production and carry out machinery improvement tasks. * Follow equipment maintenance procedures. * Execute preventive maintenance and complete required forms. Perform equipment maintenance with conscious awareness of spare parts cost. * Install machinery or equipment. * Attend company-***scheduled*** training. * Follow lockout/tagout procedures as well as ***all*** applicable safety procedures for your job, including life-critical ones. * Comply with Hygiene and Safety Regulations, as well as the Internal Work Regulations. * Report any potential workplace hazards. * Comply with company Hygiene, Environmental, and Safety standards. * It is everyone’s responsibility to follow established procedures in our Quality Management System to maintain compliance and continue ISO 9001:2015 certification. * Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and Safety Rules (ISO 45001). * Proper use and care of PPE according to your area. * Complete required safety courses for this position. * Know and comply with cardinal safety rules. * Provide support and participate in HSE activities. * Comply with safety requirements and drive safety-related improvements.
