Summary:
The Training Coordinator manages the Compliance Wire system, develops training curriculums, monitors employee training, and ensures compliance with quality standards.

**Training Coordinator**
**Responsibilities:**
* Create and control in Compliance Wire system curriculums department in accordance with the organizational chart, as well as curriculums required manually.
* Verify good documentation practices on quality records that they receive and manage.
* Record in Compliance Wire system the employees that are documented in quality record, as well as file and manage quality records to ease their search during any audit.
* Monitor and follow up trainings on CCNs, QATs, DNs, Procedures, Forms, quality policies, etc. that are assigned in quality system (in accordance with Windchill).
* Manage discharges and withdrawals and keep personnel’s file updated in Compliance Wire.
* Provide support to new administrative hires in the use of Compliance Wire.
* Perform training on GMPs and quality system procedures when required.
* Perform reports on personnel that have pending training, soon to expire, and inform personnel with pending activities on training system.
* Manage Compliance Wire system, including, but not limited to:
+ Discharge documents
+ Create/update quizzes
+ Create/eliminate user groups
+ Create/ eliminate curriculums
+ Perform revision changes to documents
+ Create/ update ILCs
+ Perform one time only/recurring assignations,
+ Assign additional attempts,
+ Monitor and provide support for training Compliance, in accordance with company’s quality system’s goal
* Provide support on department’s projects to fulfill objectives.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree focused on Administration or equivalent.
* Knowledge of the administrative and/or process area (1 year minimum.)
* Have initiative, Microsoft Office knowledge, file management, effective communication, team work, skill to speak before groups, bilingual.
* Bilingual English/ Spanish (Excellent English communication skills)
* U.S.A Visa required.
