We are building supply chains that transform today’s logistics and anticipate the future. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain up-to-date client product information in the SAP system, aligned with shipment loads and entries for the account. * Generate weekly inventory reports from the SAP system for physical material validation—whether for replenishment or order fulfillment. * Generate dispatch guides (label printing) for internal transfer or delivery to the end customer. * Track orders and communicate any deviations or discrepancies in shipments. * Prepare arrival reports for client review. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative processes related to * warehousing: data entry, shipment tracking. * Advanced Excel (formulas and pivot tables). * WMS experience is preferred. **GXO Logistics** is an equal opportunity employer for candidates seeking to join our team.
