WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - NIGHT SHIFT **Position Objective** Ensure proper handling, loading, unloading, organizing, and control of products during the night shift, guaranteeing compliance with storage policies under the PEPS (First In, First Out) methodology, as well as maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in the warehouse area. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform **loading and unloading** of trucks with products, ensuring product integrity. * Verify that **received and dispatched products** match documentation (delivery notes, orders, shipping lists). * Organize products in cold rooms or storage areas according to the **PEPS methodology**, prioritizing expiration dates. * Maintain a **clean and organized work area**, complying with company-established **safety and hygiene guidelines**. * Assist in **physical inventory counts** and stock control. * Report any **shortages, damages, or losses** to the warehouse supervisor. * Collaborate in **preparing orders** for distribution routes. * Comply with internal **safety regulations, use of personal protective equipment (PPE)**, and food safety procedures. * Support other operational tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Completed secondary school. * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in warehousing, loading/unloading, handling perishable or dairy products. * **Knowledge:** * PEPS system * Inventory control * Warehouse cleanliness and organization * Good food handling practices IN IXTAPA.
