Join our team to continue building our success story together. **Job Description** -------------------------- As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests at tables in our dining outlets and banquet facilities. Your primary focus is delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction and enjoyment. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Greet guests, present menus, and make recommendations upon request. * Accurately take and transmit orders to the kitchen, bar, or counter using appropriate tools and systems. * Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery. * Monitor guest needs and respond professionally and efficiently to requests or concerns. * Clear and clean tables, completing additional tasks as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards. * Collaborate with kitchen staff, management, and other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. * Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Requires knowledge and skills acquired through formal training or substantial work experience. * Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. * Has 2–3 years of work experience. **Competencies** ---------------- Accountability Business Acumen Championing Guest Needs Self-Development Impact Interpersonal Skills Functional Job Knowledge Leadership Problem Solving Teamwork and Collaboration**Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
