You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver high\-quality, scalable solutions in a fast\-moving environment. **About you and what type of skills you'll need:** Technical Skills * Node.js (18\+). * Express or Fastify. * Non\-relational databases (MongoDB preferred). * Flutter, React (at least one). * Docker. * Git. * Google Cloud Platform or AWS. * Strong understanding of clean architecture principles. * Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. * Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency. * Event driven architectures. Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field. * 2\+ years of experience in the Banking or Fintech industry (Lending is a plus). * Experience building production\-grade applications. * AI Driven Engineering (Use of AI Tools as productivity enhancers).
