Global Refuge, formally known as Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services (LIRS), is a nonprofit organization serving those seeking safety, support, and participation in the American dream. **Responsibilities / Duties:**
* Provide direct therapeutic services to program participants as needed, including group work and family therapy.
* Administer required mental and behavioral health assessments for program participants.
* Coordinate services for each participant jointly with the Social Worker.
* Participate in case consultations and provide clinical feedback regarding beneficiaries’ treatment needs.
* Assist, facilitate, and help deliver ongoing education and support services to beneficiaries’ families.
* Provide crisis intervention and guidance to beneficiaries and their families on healthy parenting practices, resilience, and conflict resolution skills.
* Develop and deliver trainings/workshops for both family groups and sector colleagues, per respective partner requests.

Provide general spa guidance to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of lockers, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows. Respond to general questions about hotel information and amenities. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Regularly check computer updates and scheduling changes throughout the day. Maintain cleanliness at the workstation, treatment rooms, spa lockers or beauty salon, and lounge areas. Dispose of waste and place soiled linens in the designated area. Secure products and equipment at the end of each shift. Stock lockers, lounge areas, and hospitality stations with towels, linens, products, and amenities. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; complete safety training and obtain certifications. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; protect company assets. Anticipate guest service needs, address them promptly, and express genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Stretch, bend, twist, crawl, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing 10 pounds or less; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Perform other reasonable job duties requested by supervisors.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent certificate from a General Educational Development (GED) program.
Related Work Experience: 3 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
