Monitor designated swimming areas to detect hazardous situations, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers in distress. Promote recreational facility rules and regulations. Identify situations where guests cannot safely participate in an activity and report to a supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Promote a cheerful and comfortable environment for guests. Take, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures. Wash, scrub, and clean the area surrounding the pool. Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to management; receive safety training and obtain required certifications.
