With us, you will have the opportunity to: * Receive training across various technologies, especially Unified Communications * Receive coaching and leadership development from project managers * Gain experience in client and service management **Our Offer** Financial stability and solidity, genuine professional development and growth, a great work environment, certifications, and mobility options — our offer includes: * **Base Salary**: MXN 20,000 (net), direct employment contract, and statutory benefits plus additional perks. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM * **Work Location**: Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in any of the following roles: on-site Unified Communications support, remote collaboration support, technical support for Unified Communications, collaboration Help Desk, Unified Communications service desk, collaboration support engineer, Cisco Webex support engineer / NOC engineer, Level 1 (L1) support engineer. * 1–2 years’ experience providing support, troubleshooting, and resolving Level 1 incidents for videoconferencing solutions including Cisco Webex, Call Manager, Jabber, Spark, Cisco Room Kit Mini, Room Kit, and Room Kit Plus (on-premise or cloud), or Google Workspace / Google Meet. * 1–2 years’ experience managing user provisioning (onboarding/offboarding), handling PBX systems, telephone switches, installing and configuring IP telephony, and deploying Cisco software-based conferencing solutions. * Performing daily checklists for meeting rooms or videoconferencing systems.
