L.A.E., Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. •**Experience:** 2 years (in similar supervisory positions) •**Skills:** Proactive, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution, dynamic, persuasive ability, fluency in speech, administration, customer orientation, computer skills. •Driver's license **required.** **Key responsibilities:** · Control and optimize inventory structure ensuring high availability of parts, primarily for public counters and workshop. · Ensure physical and system reservation of required parts. · Measure service level to the workshop and ensure this internal customer receives appropriate materials. · Ensure the spare parts department of the dealership contributes to customer satisfaction and maximizes market potential in the after-sales area through optimal spare parts supply. · Coordinate together with the CRM responsible person the development and execution of advertising plans for the spare parts department and joint actions with the Service department. · Supervise and control the activities of personnel under their charge. · Identify training needs within the spare parts team by supervising different work areas of the department and apply necessary internal or external training, maintaining proper records, while fully complying with training agreements established between the dealership and VWM. · Ensure attendance of assigned personnel at training events called by Volkswagen brand for dealership staff. · Prepare and analyze monthly reports and submit them to VWM as part of fulfilling commitments assumed by the dealership. · Build business relationships to promote and increase sales of spare parts and accessories. · Authorize purchases from VWM to maintain and fulfill minimum direct purchase loyalty requirements from VWM based on objectives agreed upon between VWM and the dealership. · Conduct selective audits and warehouse walkthroughs to ensure order, cleanliness, and consistency between system data and actual inventory. **Working hours:** Mon-Fri 8:30-6:30, Sat 8:30-1:00. **Guaranteed salary $20,000 for three months.** · Job type: Permanent position Salary: $8,400.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site job
