We are looking for an organized candidate with experience in supply management and commitment to food safety standards. Responsibilities and Functions * **Receiving and Storage:** Receive, inspect, and store perishable and non-perishable products under appropriate refrigeration or freezing conditions. * **Inventory Management:** Strictly apply the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system to prevent losses and ensure freshness. * **Stock Control:** Conduct physical and digital inventory counts, monitor expiration dates, label products, and report shortages. * **Kitchen Replenishment:** Deliver daily the supplies required by the kitchen team according to the scheduled menu. * **Hygiene and Safety:** Maintain cleanliness, order, and disinfection of the warehouse area in accordance with food safety guidelines. * **Reporting:** Prepare reports on incoming and outgoing goods, as well as the overall inventory status.
