




Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in decision-making, inventory control, and supervising and motivating the sales team. VACANCY: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER What does an Assistant Store Manager do? ✅ Supports the manager in decision-making and inventory control. ✅ Supervises and motivates the sales team to achieve objectives. ✅ Analyzes sales metrics (average transaction value, foot traffic, product turnover). ✅ Applies sales methodologies to improve results. ✅ Reviews the daily cash reconciliation report. ✅ Opens or closes the store in the manager’s absence. * Schedules Rotating shifts with a 1-hour lunch and break on weekdays; rotating days off. 9:00 am – 6:00 pm 10:00 am – 7:00 pm 11:00 am – 8:00 pm 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm Location: Attractive income, 100% tax-free Base salary: $10,500 net monthly ➡️ Weekly payment: $2,450 (every Wednesday) Attendance bonus: $300 monthly ➡️ Commissions, ranging from $500 to $2,000 weekly based on individual targets Why is the weekly payment $2,450 if the monthly salary is $10,500? According to the Federal Labor Law, salaries are calculated based on the daily wage, regardless of whether payment is made weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The calculation proceeds as follows: First, the daily wage is determined. The monthly salary is always divided by 30 days: This yields the daily wage. Then it is multiplied according to the payment frequency.
